Managing such high numbers on a daily basis was incredibly difficult. When I was looking for an eye hospital for my mother's Cataract surgery, I came across Global Eye Clinic in Ghatkopar. The NABH certification quickly grabbed my interest and trust in the institute. The OPD check was very thorough and the doctor alomg with the staff explained every step politely and patiently.
1. Facility - NABH certified, Extremely clean and asthetic center, everything in the center is very thought and the flow of patients remain very smooth. Well equipped with latest medical equipment.
2. Staff - Very well trained, polite, patient, helpful and knowledgeble.
3. Doctor - Dr. Hardik is an extremely soft spoken gentleman who explains every step of the surgery. He is very knowledgeable and knows his work very well. Surgery Day - The claim process was very smooth and hustle free, the staff handled everything, they made sure the patient is comfortable before the surgery. Even though it was raining heavily that day, all the staff including the doctor were ready for the surgery on time. The staff explained all the post surgery process in detail and set us up for the follow up checkup. The recovery was very fast and painfree.

I was advised by another doctor having cataract in both eyes but needed surgery for left eye as early as possible. Opinion from 2 doctor suggested to go for second surgery after a gap of 2 weeks. When I met Dr hardik for his opinion he recommended for simultaneous surgery and explained in detail reasons and benefits for the same and also convinced that the procedure is safe and will be completed in one hour. I got operated last Saturday 9th may without any issues. He suggested ICL surgery instead and clearly explained why this was the better and safer option for my condition. His calm and detailed explanation gave me full confidence to go ahead with ICL.
